About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Deputy Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to be a key player in our team. The chosen candidate will be a pivotal part of our leadership team, responsible for defining technology strategies and ensuring the smooth operation of our platform. As the Deputy CTO, you will collaborate closely with the CTO and other stakeholders to lead the development and implementation of technologies and solutions that will elevate our offerings.

What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with the CTO to create and implement technology strategies that align with our business objectives, ensuring our platform’s scalability and security.
  • Lead the charge in developing and executing innovative technology initiatives.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of highly skilled technology professionals.
  • Provide technical guidance, guaranteeing the reliability, performance, and security of our platform and supervise system architecture, infrastructure, and software development processes.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners to evaluate, select, and integrate third-party solutions that enrich our platform’s functionality and capabilities.
  • Stay informed about iGaming industry regulations and ensure our technology solutions are compliant. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory challenges.
  • Identify and mitigate tech-related risks.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and propose tech advancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.


About You

  • Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role within the iGaming industry is desirable.
  • A strong grasp of software development, and system architecture.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance in the iGaming sector is considered a plus.
  • Exceptional leadership, project management, and team-building skills.
  • The ability to evaluate and implement third-party technologies effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Awareness of emerging technologies and trends in the iGaming industry.
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning in iGaming is considered a plus.
