About the role:

As we continue to enhance our current product offerings and explore new business opportunities, we are looking for an experienced Head of Account Management (Game Aggregator aka iGaming Deck) to lead and manage a team of Account Managers who are responsible for fostering our existing clients and game providers relationships. The core responsibility of our Account Management team will be to transform new business deals into enduring partnerships. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of different games’ portfolios (slots, crash, Live casino, etc.), promotions (free spins, tournaments, jackpots, etc.), gamification, game localisation and any other knowledge related to the operators’ requirements, and game providers’ offering.

What You’ll Do:

  • Mentor and develop a high-performing Account Management team, providing guidance, coaching, and professional growth opportunities.
  • Lead and oversee the team to ensure that the team excels at fostering partners’ and providers’ relationships and achieving KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders internally and externally to enhance our partners’ and game providers’ satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Understand the clients’ and game providers’ requirements and develop strategies to increase revenue within our portfolio.
  • Renegotiate (if required) the existing deals with our game providers based on the market’s research.
  • Use your commercial mindset to prioritize new game providers’ integration based on our partners’ targeted markets; follow up with the existing game providers to know about their new games, features, innovation, and other development; be on a lookout for new providers to expand our current portfolio; prioritise the requests from our partners and oversee their timely completion.
  • Develop sector and market expertise and adopt a consultative approach to address our clients’ business needs.
  • Teach the team to identify upsell opportunities and promote our product to meet our clients’ requirements.
  • Gather valuable product feedback and communicate it effectively to the Product department.
  • Represent the company at events and exhibitions targeted towards online gambling operators.
  • Provide regular updates on the industry trends, changes, insights, any other relevant information, and team’s KPIs to the CCO.

About You:

  • Proven track record of leading the Account Management team and achieving KPIs in a previous role.
  • A commercial and strategic mindset, along with a strong motivation to achieve KPIs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and experience with JIRA (or similar systems), coupled with excellent administrative skills.
  • A professional and responsible approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in the iGaming industry is mandatory.
  • Fluent in English, with fluency in additional languages would be considered an asset.
