Head of White Label


About the role:

As the Head of White Label at iGP, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing our white label partnerships as well as our own internal brands or JV partnerships. You will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction, growth, and success of our white-label division. This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer. The successful candidate for this position will be hired in Cyprus and we are offering the possibility to be based either in Malta/Cyprus or remote.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Casino and White Label strategy in alignment with the company’s overall goals and objectives, including marketing strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and relationship management.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with white label partners, understanding their unique needs and ensuring their success.
  • Identify and pursue new JV and partnership opportunities to expand our portfolio of brands.
  • Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and reporting for the white label division to ensure revenue targets are met.
  • Deliver financial KPIs, constantly evaluating campaigns to improve efficiency and return on investment (ROI).
  • Create detailed marketing plans for customer segments, loyalty programs, and preventing customer loss.
  • Plan and oversee player communication and marketing efforts, including campaigns, creative work, and asset approvals.
  • Come up with marketing ideas and run effective campaigns to improve the customer experience, engagement, and overall business profitability.
  • Continuously assess marketing campaigns to make them more efficient and profitable.
  • Share product updates with various departments like Customer Services and Marketing.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
  • Analyze key metrics and prepare monthly reports for senior management to help with decision-making.
  • Work closely and provide guidance and support to another co-worker.

About You:

  • Experience in the iGaming industry, with a strong understanding of Casino and white-label operations.
  • Proven track record in business development, partner management, and team leadership.
  • Deep knowledge of iGaming regulations and compliance.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-driven, with a focus on achieving revenue and growth targets.
