Project Intern

About the role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator Intern to join our team. This role will primarily involve administrative tasks in support of the Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, with a strong understanding of both computing and business concepts. This internship offers the opportunity to learn and grow within the company, move a first step in iGaming while contributing to the success of our products.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with administrative tasks related to Project Management.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communication among cross-functional teams when needed.
• Support the Project Manager in documenting projects (Confluence).
• Assist in documenting weekly status updates to capture progress, risks and issues.
• Assist in planning new projects.
• Constantly keep documentation updated.
• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by the product managers (i.e. testing, researching)

About You:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus (Confluence, Jira).
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Project Management basic knowledge desirable.
