About the role:
The Technical Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing the technical aspects of platform development. This includes planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members and in some scenarios third-party consultants to deliver projects according to plan.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Keep up to date with market and industry knowledge.
- Plan and lead technical projects from start to finish, making sure everything stays on track and meets deadlines.
- Coordinate with different teams (and sometimes external consultants) to keep everyone aligned on goals and progress.
- Provide guidance on technical issues.
- Keep stakeholders updated about project status, timelines, and potential risks.
- Manage resources effectively to ensure the right people and tools are in place.
- Maintain quality throughout the project, overseeing proper testing and documentation.
- Identify and address potential challenges early on, finding ways to keep projects running smoothly.
About You:
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role within a fast-paced industry; experience in iGaming is preferred.
- Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication & presentation skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to efficiently manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at the same time.
- Familiar with Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
