PSP Coordinator

About the role

As a PSP Coordinator, you’ll be the link between our platform and payment service providers, ensuring smooth operations and resolving payment-related issues promptly.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with the development team: Work closely with the development team to integrate and maintain payment gateways, ensuring seamless and secure payment processing.
• Research and recommend suitable PSPs: Stay updated on the latest trends and offerings in the Payment Service Provider (PSP) industry. Evaluate and recommend suitable PSPs that align with the organization’s needs. Optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide technical support: Offer technical assistance to internal teams and external customers when they encounter payment-related issues. Troubleshoot and resolve problems promptly.
• Rigorous testing: Conduct thorough testing of payment gateways to identify and rectify any potential issues before they affect customers.
• Report to the PSP Manager: This role will report directly to the PSP Manager, providing regular updates on payment processing operations, issues, and developments.

About You

• Proven experience in a PSP Coordinator or similar role within the iGaming industry is desirable.
• Strong understanding of payment service providers, payment processing, and industry regulations.
• Exceptional issue resolution skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in iGaming and payment processing.
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a focus on efficiency and compliance.
