BI Developer

About the role:

As a BI Developer, you’ll gather, analyze and interpret data to provide insights that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You’ll work with stakeholders to design reports and dashboards, present actionable recommendations, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, works well independently and in teams, and keeps up-to-date with industry trends to enhance data analysis capabilities.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using user-friendly data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accurate and reliable information.
• Ensure the constant maintenance of data integrity and accuracy.
• Utilize statistical techniques to analyze extensive datasets, uncovering trends, patterns, and valuable insights.
• Communicate and collaborate with main stakeholders to deliver the needed deliverables in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, understanding their unique data requirements and providing analytical support accordingly.
• Dedicate time to research about best practices, identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance data quality to drive operational efficiency.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar).
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably in the iGaming industry.
• Experience working with large datasets and applying statistical techniques and data modelling techniques.
• Advanced SQL skills (Snowflake and Clickhouse experience preferred)
• Previous experience working with ETL processes and a good knowledge of DWH design
• Proficient in using data visualization tools such as PowerBI
• Proficient of an object-oriented language such as Python
• A continuous learning mindset
• Knowledge of iGaming industry metrics, trends, and regulations is a plus.
• Attention to detail, passion for data-driven decision-making, and eagerness to learn and grow.
