About the role:
As the Head of CRM at iGP, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our customer relationship management strategies. You’ll lead a team responsible for enhancing customer engagement, loyalty, and retention through personalized communication and targeted campaigns.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies to optimize customer lifecycle management, increase retention rates, and maximize lifetime value.
- Lead and inspire a team of CRM professionals, providing guidance and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Oversee the creation, execution, and analysis of CRM campaigns, continuously refining strategies based on performance metrics and customer feedback for multiple verticals.
- Collaborate with clients and analytics teams to integrate CRM initiatives seamlessly into overall marketing strategies and business objectives.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for personalization, segmentation, and targeted messaging, enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer engagement, retention, and revenue, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRM and iGaming to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
About You:
- Proven experience in leading and developing teams, with a focus on mentorship and performance management.
- Proficiency in Fast Track or similar CRM tools, with a track record of driving results through effective data management and campaign execution.
- Strong understanding of the iGaming industry, including customer behavior and regulatory considerations.
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative CRM initiatives that drive engagement and revenue.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
