As a Legal & Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal and compliance support and guidance to iGP, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while mitigating legal risks. Your expertise will play a crucial role in shaping our business strategies and ensuring our operations adhere to all relevant legal requirements. What You’ll Do:
- Follow the B2C and B2B activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and advise on the various regulatory compliance issues that may arise;
- Follow the changing regulatory landscape to ensure knowledge and compliance with regulations and licensing regimes;
- Assist with licensing requirements;
- Assist with corporate compliance needs of the company;
- Assist the manager with contract negotiations and advice on diverse commercial contracts.
- Assist the manager with legal, regulatory or corporate tasks required;
- Collaborate with regulators and licensing authorities for licenses and permits, ensuring transparency.
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, minimizing legal risks and ensuring compliance.
- Assist manager to Manage intellectual property rights, addressing infringements.
- Identify legal risks, provide proactive advice, and assist with litigation matters.
- Develop and implement policies for legal or regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal and compliance guidance and support.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in law or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of iGaming regulations, compliance requirements, and licensing procedures. Knowledge and experience of both B2C and B2B activities considered a plus. Familiarity with relevant gaming authorities and jurisdictions is highly desirable.
- Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory law, contract law, data protection regulations, and other relevant legal areas within the iGaming industry.
- Work experience in compliance working with B2C operations and white label business model a plus;
- Work experience in compliance for B2C activities a plus;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in drafting, reviewing and advising on commercial contracts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
