Product Manager (Back-Office)

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Back-office Product Manager to join our dynamic product team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Back-office and processes to support the business’s operational needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to drive product initiatives from conception to launch.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for back-office systems. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
• Define product requirements and create detailed product specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to develop, test, and launch new features and enhancements.
• Prioritize product backlog and manage the product roadmap.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders (finance, operations, customer support, etc.) to understand their needs and pain points. Ensure alignment between product initiatives and business objectives.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze key metrics and KPIs to measure product success and inform decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of product initiatives.
• Develop project plans, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation as well as provide training and support to internal teams on new systems and processes.

About You:

• 3+ years experience as a Product Manager within the iGaming Industry.
• Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
• A strong understanding of the iGaming industry, its products, processes, and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication & presentation skills, written and verbal.
• Strong product discovery skills.
• Ability to efficiently manage time and effectively prioritise numerous projects at the same time.
